Todd received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1986, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the OU College of Law in 1989. Prior to moving to McAlester, he practiced with Hiersche law firm in Oklahoma City.
Todd has authored a work relating to oil and gas law, Obstruction Doctrine: An Equitible Tool or Tool of Justice?, which appeared in the Oklahoma Law Review. He has served as Guest lecturer to the oklahoma Mineral Lawyers Society.
